Modern luxury flat with large terrace and breathtaking view of the Sassolungo for a relaxed and comfortable holiday
The well-being of your holiday begins in the flat, which can accommodate up to six people in the 3 spacious double rooms with Sommier bed. Each room is unique in its kind and has bed linen, TV, bathroom with shower and steam bath, WC/bidet, make-up mirror, hairdryer and towels (changed 2x a week), bath towels, bathrobe and safe. The floor is made of solid organic oak with underfloor heating. Two rooms have access to the terrace with lounge area, from where you can enjoy a magnificent view of the majestic Sassolungo.
The spacious, modern living room has a kitchenette with: fridge with freezer compartment, induction hob, Bora extractor hood, dishwasher, oven, microwave, electric water boiler, mixer, juicer and American coffee and cappuccino machine.
After an eventful day, you can relax in the wellness area or sip a cocktail on the lounge terrace while enjoying the peace and quiet. The large sofa with coffee table in the living area is ideal for spending cold winter evenings in the pleasant company of your loved ones.

- Prices are per week with change on Saturday
- 30% confirmation deposit
- The balance must be paid within 2 days before arrival
- We also require a deposit of € 1000 for any damage to the house or furniture during the stay. This will be returned after the post check-out
- Up to 30 days before date of arrival: free of charge
- Up to 14 days before date of arrival: 50% of the amount will be retained
- Up to 7 days before arrival date: 100% of the amount will be retained
- In case of cancellation due to Covid or for personal reasons, we keep the deposit, unless official regulations prevent access to the reservation
